Dr. Ravinder Tikoo • Chairman
Dr. Ravinder Tikoo is a board certified neurologist. After graduating with honors with a BS in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Iowa, he continued his education there and received his medical degree in 1991. He completed an internship in general medicine at Northwestern University Medical Center, followed by a residency in neurology at the New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Tikoo then completed a fellowship in neurology, also at Cornell Medical Center.
Dr. Tikoo’s clinical interests include pain management and mood disorders, weight management in neurodegenerative disorders, IT in medical practice, and neuro-oncology. Dr. Tikoo has co-authored many medical papers.
Venkat Kakani • President/CEO
Venkat is a 1990 graduate of Rutgers University. Holding an MBA in Finance and International Marketing, Venkat has more that 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Venkat applies his experience to business strategies and development, regulatory affairs, market analysis, business planning, product development, financial modeling, competitive analysis, logistics and shipping and much more.
Venkat merges his strong organizational skills with a keen focus on providing exceptional customer service. His analytical approach to projects and encouragement of full professional freedom from those around him ensures that the best ideas will be implemented effectively.
Venkat has been noted for his pleasant disposition and zeal for research projects.

Paul B. Morrow • Founder
Paul B. Morrow is a 1968 graduate of SUNY Canton and a 1970 graduate of Plattsburgh State University. After serving 6 years in the United States Army, Paul worked for 21 years at the General Motors facility in Massena, NY.
Paul has always enjoyed an eclectic interest in a wide range of industries. His sharp mechanical and analytical mind is always searching for a solution to unique and perplexing challenges. Paul was instrumental in resolving key product details in the development of SkinStitch Tissue Adhesive.
Paul has served on the Massena Memorial Hospital Board of Managers for more than 20 years.
Paul is renowned for his keen attention to customer service and militant dedication to providing the absolute best experience for all SkinStitch clients. Paul takes great pleasure in endeavoring to speak directly with most of the customers who call the SkinStitch office.

Michael Taylor • VP Business Development
Michael attended Waynesburg College in Waynesburg, PA. Michael beings more than 35 years of experience as a sales and account manager for several national corporations. Additionally, he conducted product training for customers account managers, identified opportunities and led new product brand launches in strategic accounts which contributed to product growth of over 60%, and coordinated the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Michael currently resides in Apex, NC.
Sandra Lembeck • Director of Sales
Sandra has spent the past 20 years in the medical device and wound closure industry. Sandra began in the distribution side working at Suture Express for nearly 10 years in various roles in sales and marketing. She transitioned to manufacturing of wound closure at CP Medical as National Accounts and at MYCO Medical as Surgical Category Product Manager and Distribution Sales Director. Sandra provides an in-depth understanding of the sales cycle process and remains focused on customer satisfaction throughout all stages. Her attention to detail has built long lasting relationships within the MedSurg industry.
Sandra splits her time between the midwest (Kansas City Area) and southwest Florida.
Mark Todd • Marketing Director
Mark has worked with many top advertising agencies including Bishop Advertising, TWBA/Chiat/Day, Mystrom and more. Mark is a registered Adobe Certified Expert® in Photoshop®, Illustrator® and InDesign® as well as proficient in coding HTML, XML and PHP. Mark began his advertising/marketing career in 1984 while still attending high school in Milwaukie, OR working as a successful freelance illustrator. Mark resides in Norwood, NY.
